If you found our way over to our blog, chances are that you've heard our music one way or another, whether it be via a website, a concert, a blood drive, or a guest appearance at a youth percussion camp. Or maybe you're a family member, a friend of a friend, or spend your weekends calmly reminding customers that we're neither Starbucks or Borders. Or perhaps you're just willing to share our passion of music. However you've found us- thank you. We hope you're in it with us for the long run.
What does that long run entail? For now, its the journey of The Siege Perilous, three young men from Milwaukee, WI, as we write and record our second album. We'll be using this blog to post our progress along the way. Keep checking back for frequent updates, as we'll be sharing recording stories, lyrics, song clips, free downloads, and much more. We're also excited to share with you some of our own favorite pieces of music, or friends we've met through musical endeavors that we think you'd find pretty nifty.
Tonight, we'll keep it short and simple. We recorded a cover of one of our favorite songs, Into the Ocean by Blue October in between takes of our original tunes. Listen, download, enjoy. Twelve hours from now marks our first full-band reunion in almost five months, and we're quite excited to get to work on the slew of new tunes.
